-Intro-

The ^EIN^ CoC must be obeyed at all times.

With the ^EIN^ CoC in place the clan has a structure to support its members and the power to    make quick decisions when a long drawn out clan vote would not be suitable. These guidelines        are in effect as soon as you agree to them in the application (Will you follow all ^EIN^ Guidelines   and chain of command?), Any violation of guidelines will result in the punishment listed below.

 

 

 

 ^EIN^ Ranking System

 

The Ranks are as follows:

 

 Executive Branch of ^EIN^

Commanding Officer (CO)-:

The CO is the Owner of the clan. The CO has absolute power and can Ban/Kick/Demote any member at anytime.

 

CO:

Executive Officer (XO)-:

The XO's are 2nd in command. The XO has the power to Ban/Kick/Demote any member at anytime with limited restrictions.

All XOs must be at least 18 yrs of age.

^EIN^ Admin branch

 

Lieutenant (LT)-:

The LTs are the Admin of ^EIN^. The LT has the power to moderate the clan for behavior and abuse of our guidelines.

LT's must be at least 16 yrs of age.

^EIN^ Members Branch

Members-:

A Soldier within the clan.

 

^EIN^ Member Rights-:

 

All members must obey the ^EIN^ CoC, BUT that does not mean you should take abuse from an over-hyped LT on a power trip. At anytime you feel a LT has treated you unfairly seek your CO or XOs to deal with the matter. This is your right as a member of ^EIN^ and will always be given no matter the LT.

 

 

Recruits-:

All recruits must wear their tags as EIN as opposed to our enlisted soldier tags ^EIN^. This is so our soldiers can get to know you, and so we can see if you are active enough for this clan.

 


 

^EIN^ Conduct and Consequences-:

 

1) All members must wear their tags in TS 3 at all times. All officers must wear their rank tags at the end of their names at all times.

2) You must be at least 16 yrs of age to compete in ^EIN^'s mature squad (A squad).This however does not exclude you from comp play, There will be other squads.

3) All name changes must be submitted on Forums, so we can keep track of you.

4) All officers are server admin.

5) Conduct rules

 

b) Disrespect to admin will result in punishment.

c) Disrespect in other servers while representing ^EIN^ will not be tolerated and will result in punishment.

d) No spamming in TS and Forums.

               1) TS spamming includes going in and out of channel's, Spamming TS chat, Music or anything of that sort. Recording is prohibited in TS.

               2) Spamming in the forums includes pointless post, Padding posts and constant non original content.

e) No Hacking * (see*)

a) All drama will be punished. Both parties will be held responsible. Do not treat other members unfairly.

 

 

6) Consequences

 

a) First offense will result in a warning. This will be reported by the admin to the site so all admin will know.

b) Second offense will result in a 24 hr ban from TS 3.

c) Third offense will result in a week’s ban from TS 3 and ein-gaming.com.

d) Forth offense will result in discharge from the clan, and you will be banned from TS3 and ein-gaming.com.

 

7) Hacking*

a) If caught hacking while playing for ^EIN^ you will be banned from all ^EIN^ Servers and we will make it public.
